Kangoo™ Kick & Punch!

Join us every Tuesday to learn basic kickboxing skills while you jump! A typical Tuesday class will begin with a new cardio exercise sequence followed by an easy to follow, yet intense, kickboxing workout. This workout program is designed to challenge your entire body while learning a new skill.

Kangoo™ Boot Camp!

Join us every Thursday to build muscle and endurance through our Boot Camp classes! A typical Thursday class will begin with a new cardio exercise sequence followed by a hardcore, spoken-through, floor workout. This program is designed to enhance conventional exercises with kangoo jumps.

Kangoo™ Kids Discovery!

Join us on Mondays and Thursdays for Kangoo kids classes! A typical Kangoo Kids class will incorporate exercises from regular classes with less intensity plus a wide variety of different games. This program is designed to keep your children active while having fun!
